‘I call off the chase’
‘I call off the chase’ is a collection of aprons created to celebrate the trivial moments of everyday life. I wanted to highlight an intimacy, softness and grace but also strength and possibility, which I find in these normal yet quite extraordinary moments.
The pieces are made from second hand fabrics, like old tea towels and yarn, mostly in grey nuances to cherish this color which is often seen as boring or dull. Parts are hand woven with dedications to a slowness and detail.
